Sample Kimkins Menu

This was taken from Woman’s World magazine. On all…..choose only one from each category daily. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.

B - 2 eggs, 1/4c salsa, 3oz lean ham

- In blender mix 1 scoop whey protein poweder, 4oz low carb vanilla yogurt 8 oz. diet soda and 4 ice cubes

L - 2c low carb soup, 1c steamed broccoli, 2Tbs lite dip

- 3oz lean deli sliced turkey rolled in 3 romaine lettuce leaves with 1/2c red bell pepper sticks and 2Tbs lite ranch dressing, 1 boiled egg.

- 3oz chicken, turkey or tuna, 1c mixed baby greens, baby spinach or coleslaw veggies, 2 slices crumbled turkey bacon (optional) and 2Tbs lite dressing.

D - 4oz grilled shrimp, drizzle of low cal dressing, 1c raw baby spinach, 1/2c veggies, 2Tbs lite dressing.

- 4oz chicken or lean pork, fajita seasoning or spice blend, 1/2c sauteed veggies, such as bell pepper and onion, 1c romaine lettuce, 2Tbs lite dressing.

- 3oz turkey burger, 2Tbs lite mayo, 1/2c grilled veggies, 1c steamed spinach, lemon juice.
