Back on track 2

Well I’m gonna get this 2lbs. off by next Monday…….so here’s my exercise and calories for the week. I enjoyed pigging out…..but now it’s back to business.

Thursday: 1,200 calories (HIIT) (Firm Cardio Sculpt)

Friday: 1,200 calories (HIIT)

Saturday: 1,200 calories (HIIT) (Firm Cardio Sculpt)

Sunday: 1,200 calories (Rest)

    Wow!  You will defintely succeed with this plan!  You have motivated me now!  Pavement - watch out!  I’ve got my walking shoes ready for ya!
