Well I’m gonna get this 2lbs. off by next Monday…….so here’s my exercise and calories for the week. I enjoyed pigging out…..but now it’s back to business.

rnThursday: 1,200 calories (HIIT) (Firm Cardio Sculpt)
rnFriday: 1,200 calories (HIIT)
rnSaturday: 1,200 calories (HIIT) (Firm Cardio Sculpt)
rnSunday: 1,200 calories (Rest)
