My calorie and exercise……

This is my schedule for this week. Time to really get down to business. I want to be at my goal by October and half way there by July. Hopefully I’ll meet my mini goal by May.

(HIIT) = High Intensity Interval Training

Monday: 1,500 calories (Chest and Triceps)

rn

Tuesday: 1,800 calories (HIIT)

rn

Wednesday: 1200 calories (Back, Biceps)

rn

Thursday: 1,800 calories (HIIT)

rn

Friday: 1,200 calories (LEGS)

rn

Saturday: 2,200 calories (HIIT)

rn

Sunday: 1,200 calories (Rest)
