My calorie and exercise……
This is my schedule for this week. Time to really get down to business. I want to be at my goal by October and half way there by July.
Hopefully I’ll meet my mini goal by May.

rnMonday: 1,500 calories (Chest and Triceps)
rnTuesday: 1,800 calories (HIIT)
rnWednesday: 1200 calories (Back, Biceps)
rnThursday: 1,800 calories (HIIT)
rnFriday: 1,200 calories (LEGS)
rnSaturday: 2,200 calories (HIIT)
rnSunday: 1,200 calories (Rest)
