A fellow WW member got me on the Fiber One snack bars. They have 9 grams of Fiber and are oh so yummy. I had seen the Fiber One cereal and I’m gonna try that after I’m done with my box of Kashi Go Lean. Have a great weekend.

    I forgot about those…..you’re right…..they are dee-lish.

You have a great weekend as well.

Any other good fiber suggestions out there?

Thanks!  I need more fiber in my diet.  I actually do eat quite a bit of those things but I still need more fiber or something.  Not that anyone want to hear this but I’ve been a little irregular (constipated!)  And I really don’t want to take any laxative, suppository and especially no enema.  And where do you find almond milk?  I’ve never heard of that.  But I’ll try that fiber one stuff.

    Thank-you, very practical.

Girl…….I’m with you on the constipation. Suck, huh? That’s why I try to get as much fiber as possible. Make sure to drink tons of water as well so you won’t get bloated from all the fiber.

I get my Almond milk from my local health food store for $1.89. I know I’ve seen it in some grocery stores. It’s by Blue Diamond. I personally like the Vanilla. Dairy is not nice to my skin or stomach…so I don’t touch dairy. Plus Almond milk is good for your cholesterol.
