I will let you know how it goes. From what I here….it works great. Especially for those stuck in a plateaus. I’ve already lost more inches than pounds……but I also want the pounds to “bounce”

I weigh myself every Thursday. So we’ll see how it goes. I was thinking I shouldn’t weigh myself till Sunday…..but I’ll have to see how I feel by Thursday.

My friend told me today about the small variety bags of baked chips. She said they’re usually in the range between 2-5 points. So I’ll check those out. Cause sometimes I crave something salty. Which is very rare.
