I love these things………

What’s cool…is that they have the points on every container for you. So there’s no guess work necessary. I had a hostess 100 calorie pack for dessert..2 points. So overall my dinner was only 7 points.
rn
My overall point total allowed a day is 27. I don’t use my extra 35 points till Saturday. Gonna go to Baja Fresh.
rn
I snack on my almonds and carrots which kept me pretty full throughout the day. I’m now putting lemon in my water cause I hear it’s good for you.

rn
Walked for an hour…which is pretty good since I hate exercise. But..I’m taking a page from Babe and I’m upping my exercise time. So I guess I’ll do an hour of walking tomorrow then do the Lotte Berk Method.

Well……..until next time my fellow Slimmers…….be strong, stay focused, eat smart.

Mmmm..Lean Cuisine…my freezer is stocked with them. I had to throw away the turkey ones though, I do not recomend them. Good luck!!
Hummmm looks good!! I bought some healthy choice meals at Albertsons today. They were on sale for around 2.50 each! Not to bad! I need the portion control that for sure!! Best of luck to you, sheree
Those sandwiches rock. My wife and I eat them all the time. If you happen to be out of them. This is a nice substitute. Take some good bread (sourdough or whatever you like) and get the ol’ george forman grill out (seems everyone has one). Throw in some high quality sliced meat and toppings and let it do it’s thing. My favorite is sliced chicken with a light honey mustard and a little cheese. Also, turkey a little italian dressing is great too.
