Detoxing…….

I’m on day 3 of my detox and one thing for sure is…….”I Miss Food!”
I miss crunching and munching. I miss my dear beloved carrot juice and spaghetti squash.

But one thing for sure…….it’s working. I’m passing things I’d rather not say.
I’ll just say….I’m going to the bathroom 4-6 times a day. I have tons of energy. One thing for sure…….we can all use a good cleaning out once a year.

Well I’ll be back on point next week. I can’t wait. I miss my WW.


That’s for sure…we all need a good system cleaning. I know mines do becaue it’s all backed up!
Now, do you have to do it for 10 days? 
What are you doing to detox? Just wondering - would like some info on it.
Yah, are you just drinking juice or water..or?
And you do this for 10 days? With exercise and what not dont you get tired and not more energized with just liquids? Or are you drinking enough to maintain the hunger?

I’m doing the Master Cleanser. Click Here to download the pdf. book. And yep…….it’s a minimum of 10 days. But I know some people who do it for 3-5 days.
I’m striving for the whole 10. I want to get all the “gunk” out. Then it’s back to real food. But all in moderation. No more over eating and filling my body with all the junk. It’s definitely a life change.
Whew I sure do give you credit for what you are doing….I didn’t start it yet cause I am still on blood thinner so I didn’t do it.. I no you miss your FOOD!!!!!! I will be axious to find out what you lost
