Keeping it real…….I’m doing it for the side affect it has. “Weight Loss”   Now…..when my liver and kidneys get cleaned out because of it……..that’s ok too.  You do it for a minimum of 10 days but as long as 40. I’m just going for 10.

Well…….I was suppose to start the Master Cleanse today….but I guess I’m not. My MC buddy wants to start tomorrow. So today will be a high point day for me with weight watchers. Yipee….
